ODR CNTRL NIL campaign onboardingAdult-managed legal-first flowStart campaign

Adult organizer / guardian / NIL partner sign-up

Start the campaign. We handle the product flow.

You provide adult oversight and complete the required review. The athlete shares a research-cleared link only after the campaign is cleared, supporters order online, and ODR CNTRL ships direct.

Important: We do not activate every athlete, school, state, or campaign type. Eligibility, guardian consent, school/team facts, disclosures, and written compensation terms must be research-cleared before outreach or checkout.

Online only

Supporters check out online. ODR CNTRL ships direct.

Adult-controlled

Adults manage consent, payout setup, and research-cleared campaign controls.

Athlete-ready

Athletes share research-cleared language and links only.

Review before activation

We check age, athlete level, state or association status, school or team involvement, guardian consent, payout destination, and required disclosures before checkout opens.

  • Evidence policy: Use aggregate, non-identifying evidence only in launch and legal handoffs. Do not treat one campaign as proof for another organization.
  • Claims: Use only non-absolute, non-promissory outcome language. Payout examples are planning-range guidance only and are not outcome commitments.
  • Disclosure: Athlete scripts include affiliate disclosure and relationship language in the same sentence as the ask, on every platform.
  • Eligibility: School, eligibility, adult-organizer, booster, and logo-use facts are researched where applicable before launch.
  • Launch order: Fastest route this week is adult college campaigns and only those high-school campaigns with verified state or association clearance already documented.
  • Money flow: Adults own payout setup. Adult college athletes may onboard directly after review; minors use guardian or research-cleared organization routing.
  • Consent & privacy: No youth payment forms, no direct child payment/account or contact collection, and no direct payout links. Adult organizers confirm parental consent before sharing athlete-specific materials broadly.
  • Recordkeeping: Keep payout, outreach, and payout-cap settings documented for organizer/legal review before payout release.
  • Tax posture: No tax or legal opinions are provided in campaign copy; tax-related concerns route to organizer support and organizer/legal review.

Early Partner Offer

Compliance review before tracked checkout goes live.

  • Run one short pilot with close support from the launch team.
  • Start one research-cleared athlete NIL affiliate campaign at a time, with one research-cleared QR path.
  • No campaign inventory to store or deliver.
  • No direct payouts to minors.
  • Campaign launch requires school or adult-organizer facts, state rider compliance, and platform-fee treatment through ODR CNTRL research workflow and existing tax or Stripe rules.
  • Texas UIL high-school routes stay on hold; NCAA Division I, prospects, JUCO-to-DI, and transfers stay in compliance review before activation.

Read the NIL Athlete Affiliate Agreement and parent/guardian consent form.

If not complete, we will request additional documents and rider research.

Current research basis: NCAA reporting and NIL Go rules, FTC endorsement disclosures, the FTC’s amended COPPA guidance, NAIA’s public NIL guidance, and applicable state-association and school policy. These sources guide routing; they are the research basis for ODR campaign clearance. Read the launch-readiness record before submitting.

Start Adult-Managed NIL Campaign

What type of campaign is this? *

Required when role is NIL company or representative.

What parents and adult organizers receive: organizer email updates, launch checklist, payout onboarding through Stripe, page setup help, QR or link tools, and supporter-order notifications tied to the campaign.

Hard legal guardrails (no-pay-for-play)

  • No school-branded logos, names, uniforms, or marks without permission.
  • No recruiting inducements, scholarship references, or language implying automatic payout outcomes.
  • No direct payouts to minors; adult college-athlete payout routes still require compliance review and onboarding.

What stays private

  • Minor names, emails, and phone numbers
  • Adult payout details and bank information
  • Private internal notes and uploaded compliance documents

What remains public

  • Athlete campaign name and public goal
  • Campaign story and support links
  • Athlete/campaign attribution path used to track orders

Consent and handoff language for parents: adult organizers collect and confirm consent before campaign handoff, then confirm readiness before sharing any athlete-specific materials with the wider community.

Compliance required before activation: athlete agreement, guardian consent if under 18, state rider, campaign sheet, payment onboarding, and required school/compliance disclosure must be complete before campaign activation or payout.
