What each stakeholder should know: The athlete sees the compensation structure, parents see adult-controlled safeguards, coaches see that school approval is not assumed, and compliance reviewers see that this is an eligibility intake requiring approval before activation.

  • No direct payouts to minors; adult college-athlete payout routes still require compliance review and onboarding.

This is eligibility intake, not final contract execution. ODR CNTRL confirms rider, campaign sheet, payment onboarding, and required school/compliance disclosure after review and before activation or payout.

Review and Activation

Approval comes before payout setup and activation.

ODR CNTRL reviews eligibility, required consent, campaign terms, and applicable school or association requirements. Approved applicants then complete payout onboarding before any campaign link becomes active.

What we review
  • Evidence policy: Use aggregate, non-identifying evidence only in launch and legal handoffs. Do not treat one campaign as proof for another organization.
  • Claims: Use only non-absolute, non-promissory outcome language. Payout examples are planning-range guidance only and are not outcome commitments.
  • Disclosure: Athlete scripts include affiliate disclosure and relationship language in the same sentence as the ask, on every platform.
  • Eligibility: School, eligibility, adult-organizer, booster, and logo-use facts are Verified where applicable before launch.
  • Money flow: Adults own payout setup. Adult college athletes may onboard directly after review; minors use guardian or approved organization routing.
  • Consent & privacy: No youth payment forms, no direct child payment/account or contact collection, and no direct payout links.
