By submitting this application, athlete and authorized adult agree to ODR CNTRL NIL affiliate marketing workflow.

If Athlete is subject to high school, college, state association, NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, conference, school, club, or other NIL rules, State NIL Compliance Rider and Campaign Sheet control over this Agreement whenever they impose stricter requirements.

## Tracked sale economics
- Current model shows $17.50 athlete earnings from each qualifying $30 tracked bottle sale.
- ODR CNTRL retains $12.50 from each qualifying $30 tracked bottle sale for product, fulfillment, checkout operations, support, and campaign tools.
- Qualifying sale means paid, attributed, settled, and not refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or self-dealing.
- Athlete payout depends on Campaign Sheet, campaign type, payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, research-route status, and payout onboarding.

## No school-controlled NIL compensation
- No school, coach, booster, team official, club director, parent, organization, or third party may require Athlete to participate, post, surrender NIL compensation, or control Athlete individual NIL payout as a condition of team membership, playing time, travel participation, roster status, or athletic opportunity.

## Prohibited items
- No pay-for-play pricing, Verified payout promises, or scholarship inducements.
- No use of school logos, school uniform designs, team marks, facility imagery, mascot marks, coach footage, or school/IP assets unless the ODR research route permits exact use.
- No recruiting inducement, no scholarship guarantees, and no promises tied to commitments.

## Compliance
- FTC disclosure language must appear on campaign materials.
- Campaign activity is subject to State NIL Compliance Rider terms and internal review.
- ODR CNTRL may refuse, pause, or delay activation, QR/code issuance, content use, commission tracking, or payout if eligibility, state rules, guardian consent, school disclosure, organization identity, or payout onboarding is incomplete or unclear.

## Payout and tax handling
- Platform handling, taxes, and payout math are governed by platform policy and existing payout setup.
- Payouts are credited only after legal status becomes active.
