ODR CNTRL campaigns are structured as NIL affiliate marketing campaigns. Before activation, athletes, parents/guardians, organizers, and organizations may be required to complete the documents below. Requirements vary by athlete age, state, school rules, college division, payout destination, and campaign type.
Required for every athlete who may earn individual NIL/affiliate compensation.
Required for every athlete under 18.
Required for high school athletes and any athlete subject to special state, school, association, or NIL Go rules.
Required for every campaign. Defines campaign type, campaign pool, athlete allocation, organization allocation, fees, deliverables, and payout timing.
Required if funds go to a team, club, booster, nonprofit, travel program, school-affiliated entity, or organization.
Required before athletes post, text, livestream, or share promotional content.
Explains guardian control, data rights, retention, export, correction, and deletion handling.

The IRS says NIL income is generally taxable, and 1099 reporting is used for payments totaling $600 or more during the year.
