# Parent/Guardian Consent and Authorization (v2 draft)

For athletes under 18, parental or guardian authorization is required before campaign activation.

## Guardian authority
- Guardian confirms they are legally authorized to consent.

## Consent to NIL participation
- Guardian approves athlete participation in ODR CNTRL NIL affiliate campaigns.

## Consent to NIL/content use
- Guardian permits ODR CNTRL using research-routed athlete name, image, likeness, and content.

## Guardian payout responsibility
- Guardian understands Stripe or payment onboarding may require guardian verification.

## School/state compliance responsibility
- Guardian agrees to help confirm eligibility and school or state disclosure.

## No pressure certification
- Guardian confirms athlete is not being forced by coach, school, booster, parent, team, or organization.

## Activation lock
- If Athlete is under 18, ODR CNTRL will not activate payout eligibility until parent/guardian consent and required payment-provider guardian verification are complete.
