# Organization Campaign Agreement

This is the Organization Campaign Agreement for ODR CNTRL NIL campaigns.

Organization payouts are enabled only after a completed organization agreement, valid campaign allocation, and ODR research route for any school or team association disclosures.

## Required before activation

- Organization payout destination is clearly documented.
- Campaign allocation is explicit and signed where required by partner workflow.
- No coach/team/booster controls athlete compensation directly.

## Key protections

- This agreement sits above any conflicting standard payout allocation language.
- No school, coach, or third party may force athlete participation or control payout as a condition of opportunity.
