# ODR CNTRL NIL Privacy Notice

This notice explains the additional information used for an ODR CNTRL NIL campaign application. It supplements the general ODR CNTRL privacy policy and is not legal advice.

## Information used

ODR CNTRL may process applicant identity and contact details, age and athlete status, school or program information, guardian contact details, campaign and payout-routing information, consent records, signatures, disclosure evidence, state or association research evidence, and order-attribution identifiers.

This information supports campaign intake, eligibility and compliance review, consent and signature routing, customer support, payout controls, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and requested data-rights handling. Youth contact information is not used as a marketing audience merely because it appears in a campaign application.

## Adult control and sharing

Applicants under 18 use a guardian-controlled review path. ODR CNTRL does not ask minors to collect payment or manage payout credentials. Information may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, database operations, e-signature, payment, email, fraud prevention, or fulfillment, subject to applicable service terms and security controls.

ODR CNTRL does not treat a school, coach, booster, team, or organization as authorized to receive an athlete's private application information or control individual compensation without a documented research basis.

## Access, correction, and deletion

The applicant or verified guardian may submit an access, correction, or deletion request from the authenticated NIL application path. Access exports are limited to the application's own record and omit private signing payloads and secrets. Deletion requests require administrative review and are completed through redaction while the minimum compliance audit record is retained when necessary for legal, fraud, payment, or dispute obligations.

If a guardian did not authorize an application, use the guardian action link to report it as unauthorized and contact ODR CNTRL support. The application is placed on hold while the report is reviewed.

## Retention

Retention depends on campaign, payment, tax, eligibility, dispute, and research-review requirements. ODR CNTRL should not retain raw identity, contact, signing, or route details longer than the applicable operational or legal need.
