Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using odrcntrl.com, purchasing products, or participating in partner programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Cosmetic Use Limitations & Product Directions
ODR CNTRL is a fragrance-free cosmetic odor-care spray for external application to body, clothing, and gear. It is a cosmetic product, not an antiperspirant, drug, or disinfectant.
- External use only. Avoid eyes, mouth, and broken or irritated skin.
- Fabric & material test: Test spray on a small, hidden area of fabrics or gear before broader application.
- Discontinue use if skin irritation or sensitivity occurs.
Purchases & Payment Processing
Product sales on odrcntrl.com are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to applicable state and local sales tax unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is reviewed and approved prior to transaction.
Partner Network (Fundraising, Athlete NIL & Creator Affiliates)
Participation in ODR CNTRL partner programs is subject to active program rules, compliance verification, and ethics guidelines:
- Compensation Structure: Qualifying first-time supporter orders earn $17.50, and repeat purchases earn $8.75 where applicable under active program configurations.
- Payout Eligibility & Reversals: Payouts route through connected Stripe accounts (Stripe Connect). Earnings become eligible for payout after standard chargeback, refund, and compliance clearance windows. ODR CNTRL reserves the right to reverse unearned credits resulting from canceled orders, fraudulent scans, or self-dealing.
- Youth & Minor Controls: Minor athletes under 18 must have adult parent or guardian approval to participate and receive payouts.
- Earnings Disclaimers: Compensation is strictly performance-based upon attributable, paid customer purchases. ODR CNTRL makes no representation of fixed or assured earnings.
User-Submitted Content & Field-Test Media
If you submit feedback, photos, audio, or video via field-test forms, you grant ODR CNTRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish such materials for marketing and product development in accordance with your chosen media consent selections.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in automated QR scanning, click spam, false advertising, unauthorized school/brand trademark usage, or making unsupported health or regulatory product claims.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODR CNTRL disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Layercraft LLC or its officers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or product application.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
