Creator Partner Network Terms

Effective July 23, 2026. Application and Stripe onboarding do not guarantee acceptance, commission, samples, campaign access, collaboration scope, or payment. Approved partner receives written activation terms before promotion begins.

Eligibility and review

Creator Partner Network is limited to adults 18 or older. ODR CNTRL may approve, decline, pause, or end participation based on audience fit, collaboration goals, identity and payout readiness, content quality, disclosure compliance, product-claim compliance, attribution integrity, fraud risk, inventory, or program capacity.

Collaboration, consideration, and attribution

Written activation terms define collaboration scope, deliverables, product access, content usage, commission or fixed reward, eligible products, channel, attribution window, pricing, campaign dates, and payout schedule. Rates from other programs or channels do not apply unless Creator Partner Network activation terms include them. Only qualifying attributed orders count toward sales-based rewards. Canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, self-dealing, duplicated, or untracked orders may be excluded or reversed.

Content standards

• Disclose payment, commission, gifted product, discounts, and other material connections clearly within endorsement itself.
• Use honest experience and approved cosmetic-only product language.
• Do not claim ODR CNTRL kills bacteria, is antibacterial or antimicrobial, prevents sweating, treats conditions, is FDA approved, guarantees results, or eliminates odor instantly.
• Do not manipulate reviews, condition rewards on positive sentiment, impersonate customers, or obscure sponsorship.
• Use brand assets, links, codes, and product information only within approved campaign scope.

Stripe Connect and payouts

Stripe collects identity, tax, banking, and payout information under Stripe terms. ODR CNTRL does not collect or store bank account details. Payout readiness is required but does not establish campaign approval. Taxes remain partner responsibility unless applicable law requires different handling.

License and monitoring

Partner grants ODR CNTRL permission described in written campaign terms for approved content usage. ODR CNTRL may monitor public campaign content, request correction, pause links, or remove content from paid use when disclosure, claims, rights, or quality requirements fail.
