The product

A fundraiser built around something people actually use

ODR CNTRL is a fragrance-free odor reset for the moments between practice, work, school, travel, and everything after. Supporters are not buying another coupon book or disposable fundraiser item. They are purchasing a premium product designed for body and clothing.

Controls & approvals

Simple for families. Reviewable for schools.

Every campaign runs through adult setup, school review where needed, and payout controls before launch.

How it works

Start the team, share the sample, collect tracked orders, and review proceeds after orders settle. Adults manage setup, checkout, and payouts.

  • Disclosure placement: Clearly say that your team earns money when someone purchases. Approved scripts include the exact compliant wording.
  • Where payout goes: Supporter payments pass through compliant checkout; adult organizer receives payouts after order settlement and compliance checks.
  • Payout qualification: First qualifying sale from a customer earns $17.50 per bottle; later qualifying sales from that customer earn $8.75 per bottle. Refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged-back orders do not qualify.
  • Money ownership: Adult organizer controls payout settings, bank setup, and reporting.
  • Youth limits: Participants do not process payments, hold money, or own payout keys.
  • Policy checks: School permissions, eligibility review, and adult organizer/booster restrictions apply by use case before QR and copy release.
  • Claims: Use outcome language as estimates; avoid certainty language such as fixed-rate or certain-outcome statements.
One clear answer for every role
  • Coach: You get one adult-managed setup path, team QR tools, and no cash-box logistics.
  • Parent: Your student shares an approved QR/script only. Adults handle checkout, payout setup, support questions, and customer data.
  • Participant: Show one approved QR, use the short script, thank supporters, and stop there.
  • School/admin/lawyer: Every campaign is reviewed before launch, with school permission where needed, online checkout, clear payout path, and reviewable records.
For principals and school administrators

ODR CNTRL works through an adult organizer. A school, booster club, or approved organization decides whether a campaign fits its policies before launch.

  • Adult control: The adult organizer owns setup, payout onboarding, bank details, and campaign reporting.
  • Student boundary: Students do not collect cash, process payments, hold payout credentials, or receive direct payout access.
  • School review: School or booster approval, student eligibility, and applicable state or organization rules are reviewed case-by-case.
  • Direct shipping: Supporters order online. ODR CNTRL ships orders directly; teams do not store or sort customer orders.
Price context and pilot availability

Price context: Campaign supporter price: $30 per bottle ($34.99 standard retail MSRP). Every $30 fundraiser purchase is allocated as follows: $17.50 goes to the participating organization, and $12.50 is retained by ODR CNTRL to support product cost, fulfillment, payment processing, customer support, and platform operations.

Current pilot availability: ODR CNTRL is accepting adult-organizer and school-program inquiries this week. Each campaign requires approval before launch. Sample allocation, product availability, and fulfillment timing are confirmed during approval; no campaign should be announced until those details are confirmed in writing. If inventory changes, launch timing or campaign size may be adjusted before checkout opens.

Start with the principal brief or organizer intake for current availability, sample allocation, fulfillment timing, approval requirements, and next step. Prefer email only when you need a human reply: [email protected].

The model

3 people. 3 jobs.

An adult organizer starts the team, participants practice one short ask, and supporters order through secure checkout.

Team earnings

First order pays more. Repeat orders keep paying.

Each qualifying tracked $30 bottle sale earns your group money. The first qualifying sale from a new customer earns $17.50 per bottle. Later qualifying sales from that same customer earn $8.75 per bottle. ODR CNTRL handles checkout, fulfillment, direct shipping, and support.

Team Planning Example

Illustrative outreach only—conversion varies by team, audience, and campaign.

These examples assume roughly one order per five conversations. Actual conversion varies materially by team, audience, and campaign. Sample QR is not sale QR; team/participant QR and checkout links carry fundraiser credit. Refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged-back orders do not qualify for payout.

The modules

Train the exact rep participants will use.

Open the playbook for focused modules: first ask, handling no, QR confidence, follow-up, and daily review. Each page teaches one live action instead of repeating the same funnel framing.

Flow

Core pages point back to one adult-managed loop.

Organizer starts and controls setup. Participants share approved script and QR. Supporter orders through checkout, with payout handled after settlement and review.

Live supporter path

No demo campaign links. Real QR codes drive real orders.

Public pages send supporters to Find Team or the team’s real QR/participant campaign link. Printed samples and participant cards should use live team/participant codes generated for the actual fundraiser.

Supporter flow

Scan the campaign QR code → confirm the team → choose bottle quantity → checkout securely → ODR CNTRL ships direct.

Ready path

Submit one organizer application.

ODR CNTRL reviews program fit first. Approved organizers then complete payout setup and receive team QR links, sample instructions, and launch scripts.

No cash. No inventory. No youth accounts.

Adult organizers manage setup and payouts. Youth participants share approved QR links and scripts only.
