Scott Manthey is the founder of ODR CNTRL and leads the brand’s product development and positioning. ODR CNTRL was developed around fragrance-free, multi-surface odor care for appropriate external body use and compatible clothing, shoes and athletic gear.

Ariel Nicole Tourner is the Co-Founder and CMO of ODR CNTRL. Her background is in professional beauty, salon sales, retail operations, fulfillment, and customer relationships. Before ODR CNTRL, Ariel worked within the Eco Style / Ecoco / Talyoni professional-beauty ecosystem, giving her direct experience with how products move from manufacturers into salons, professional channels, and ultimately into customers’ hands. At ODR CNTRL, she leads the commercial side of the business, including sales, marketing, wholesale relationships, customer development, and retail strategy.
