Creator Partner Application Privacy

Effective July 23, 2026. This notice covers Creator Partner Network applications from creators, influencers, publishers, and affiliates. General ODR CNTRL privacy policy also applies.

Information collected

Application may collect legal and public creator names, creator type, contact information, public profile URL, niche, approximate audience size, location, target date, application notes, consent records, campaign attribution identifiers, payout-onboarding status, and operational activity.

How information is used

ODR CNTRL uses information to review eligibility and collaboration fit, develop campaign briefs, provide approved assets and product education, create secure attribution records, coordinate onboarding, support creators, review campaign learning, monitor disclosures and claims, prevent abuse, process eligible payouts, meet accounting and legal duties, and improve network operations.

Stripe information

Stripe Connect collects identity, tax, banking, and payout information directly. ODR CNTRL stores connected-account identifier and readiness status, not bank account details.

Marketing choice

Creator education and network marketing messages require optional consent. Transactional application, security, payout, contract, and campaign-operation messages remain separate. Marketing consent can be withdrawn without canceling required operational notices.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with Stripe, service providers, professional advisers, and authorities as needed for stated purposes, security, or law. ODR CNTRL retains records only as needed for application review, active partnership, payout, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, legal duties, and documented deletion or restriction requests.

Requests

Request access, correction, deletion review, or marketing opt-out through [email protected]. Some payout, tax, transaction, fraud, and legal records may require retention.
